I (we) agree to indemnify and hold the Rockin' the Bakken committee and the Upper Missouri Valley Fair from any claims riding out of participation in this event. It is understood and agreed that participants will be solely responsible for any consequential or other loss, injury, or damage incurred while participation in this event. I (we) also agree that the Rockin' the Bakken and their sponsors may use my photo for promotional purposes.
