Entry Description:
All participants shall indemnify, save harmless and defend the Borough, its elected and appointed officials, its employees, agents, volunteers, and others working on behalf of the Borough, from and against, any and all claims, losses, costs, attorney's fees, damages, or injury including death and/or property loss, expense claims or demands arising out of or caused or alleged to have been caused in any manner by their participation in the Parade.
By submitting a parade application, the applicant acknowledges that they:
1) Have read the parade rules and regulations
2) Accept the rules and regulations as a condition of participation in the parade
3) Will notify all members of their entry/group of these rules and regulations and of the requirement for compliance with these rules and regulations prior to the parade
4) Will be the single point of contact for the entry/group, and
5) Will assume responsibility for the conduct of all of the entry/group’s participants.
