CLEP Registration Form

Please complete the below registration form to register your seat for the CLEP Exam at Westfield State University.

After you have confirmed your test date with Westfield State University, you will need to visit http://clep.collegeboard.org/register/exam to complete the registration process and pay for your test. Please bring your printed registration ticket on the day of the exam!

The $20 administrative fee can be paid by check or money order (made payable to Westfield State University) or by credit card. Credit card numbers should be given over the phone or in-person only; please do not fax or mail your credit card number.

An $89 fee is due to College Board for the cost of the exam.
