ROUTER INFORMATION
Use the Router only after you get permission from the instructor.
Don’t use the Router until it’s proper use has been demonstrated.
Safety Glasses must be worn to avoid eye injuries.

Avoid making a cut that is too deep. It is safer to make several shallow cuts.

The stock must be surfaced and smooth and large enough for the type of cut you plan to make.
Material that is to be worked on with the Router should always be secured.
The path of the Router must be kept clear of clamps or other objects.
Plan the cut so you don’t have to over-reach. Plan the cut so you can keep your balance.
Always hold the Router firmly with both hands while you operate it.
