(We have not done the final selection, but It will be a school in Coquitlam SD 43)

Registration fees: (Includes Pizza Lunch and Recess Snack unless noted)

$25 per Child who attends an Odyssey Member School or whose parent is a CPSS Member   ($20 option if student chooses to bring own lunch)

$30 per child who is a Non-Member Participant 
($25 option if student chooses to bring own lunch)

(Note - Coaches' Training is also this date/location, but please fill in a separate Coaches Training registration for it after you complete this form.

All Odyssey of the Mind and CPSS events are run by volunteers just like yourself and we need your help! How can you help out with this event?
Would you like to take out a $5 membership in the Creative Problem Solving Society (CPSS), the non-Profit Society that sponsors Odyssey of the Mind in BC.? If you do so, you will be eligible for the $25 rate for this event and discounts should you child attend another Odyssey event(s) later in the same year. Society regulations require that we have your full address. We will keep this information confidential.
